Chef Tami Lewis

Chef Tami Lewis, Brooklyn born and raised,  embodies a culinary journey steeped in the rich flavors and traditions of her Caribbean heritage, hailing from South America, Guyana. Her passion for the culinary arts was ignited by the matriarchs of her family, particularly both of her grandmothers. Their seasoned hands and traditional expertise instilled in her a deep appreciation for tasty food, from a young age sowing the seeds of creativity and culinary curiosity that would define her career.

After graduating from culinary school in 2010, Chef Tami wasted no time delving into the world of private catering and private chef services. However, it didn't take long for her to realize how eclectic she was and  that her true calling laid in the freedom to express her creativity and innovation freely. 

Driven by a desire to carve her own path and set her own rules, Chef Tami sought out environments where she could unleash her culinary vision. Her journey is a testament to her unwavering love for her craft, blending her cultural roots with a modern, innovative approach to cooking.

Today, Chef Tami Lewis stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, crafting dishes that not only tantalize the taste buds but also tell a story of tradition, innovation, and the unwavering pursuit of culinary mastery. With each dish she creates, Chef Tami invites diners to embark on a journey of flavors, textures, and aromas that celebrate her Brooklyn upbringing and Guyanese heritage, all while pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity.
